Delores Irma Briggs
Passed away peacefully at Niagara General Hospital on Monday July 30, 2018 in her 83 year. Delores was the devoted wife of Thomas C. Briggs (2016). Predeceased by her parents Clement and Irma De Ridder, brothers Albert, Francis and Gilbert and survived by her sister-in-law Mary De Ridder. Lovingly remembered by her children Francis Seys (Gwen), Mark Seys (Bonnie) and Mike Seys (Stephanie). Step-mother to Tom, Tim (Mary Jane), Jim (Jocelyne), John (Marcia) and Paul (Ann) and forever remembered by 20 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren. Delores will be missed by her long-time friends Lil, Nellie and Michele. Family and friends will be received at the JAMES L. PEDLAR FUNERAL HOME, 1292 Pelham St. Fonthill on Saturday August 25th from 9 – 11:00 am. Memorial service to honour Delores’ life will take place at the funeral home at 11:00 am, with reception to follow. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Heart and Stroke Foundation, Canadian Cancer Society or the charity of your choice.
